Job Description
- Manage the scope definition, planning, staffing, and delivery of SAP HR implementation on time and within budget.
- Providing guidance and assistance to client management to ensure the success of the implementation.
- Manage consultants through the full life cycle of an SAP HR Implementation.
- Lead business Blueprint/process workshops to design processes with global HR project teams.
- Collaborate with corporate-level management to identify overall business objectives and requirements.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation.
- Plan post-training review sessions to ensure that end users are adequately trained.
- Management of post-implementation and QA review.
- Manage and Resolve 'go-live' issues
Requirements
- 3-4 years of leadership and Project Management experience on SAP HR implementations
- Proven experience in managing large teams in both Functional and Technical aspects of SAP HR Implementations on v4.6C and higher
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills of technical and non-technical resources in complex and challenging development and implementation environments
- Proven proficiency with project management: initiating, planning, execution, control and closeout
- Possess consulting skills, including conducting business needs analysis and understanding of enterprise solutions design
- Familiar with the Project Management standard methodologies (PMBOK, Prince 2)
- Ability to effectively respond to changing and conflicting priorities
- Ability to thrive in an environment in which resources may be limited and timelines are short
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to build relationships with consultants, customer staff and sub-contractors
- Have superior written and verbal communication skills and presentation abilities on all levels
- Be fluent in Dutch, French and English
