The biggest innovation of the Hello SAP site is the concept of knowledge pages, pages about certain themes on which community members are able to post their own information.  Community members who want to profile themselves can very easily do so by actively contributing -in the form of links, presentations or videos- to the knowledge pages. Anyone looking for information on a specific theme might be able to find it on a knowledge page on that theme.
